While attending my daughters and nephews softball and t-ball games, I found myself with no means of tracking the current score. You see, they don't use the scoreboards for those games, because they don't want the kids to feel bad when they've been utterly beaten. That obviously doesn't help the parents that are interested in seeing the score. That's where the idea for the Baseball Score Tracker was born. I wanted a way to track just the score. My wife wanted to be able to know what inning it was, and how many outs there were. Yet another member of the family was interested in knowing how many outs, strikes, and balls there were. So I built the Baseball Score Tracker to allow the user to decide how much they wanted to track, and hide the rest from view.
